• Game progress and stats — Your quiz scores, accuracy, streaks, and category performance are stored locally on your device to personalize your experience and track your progress.
• Subscription status — Your subscription status (active or expired), managed through Apple StoreKit and RevenueCat. We use an anonymous user ID for subscription management. We do not process or store your payment details.
• App usage data — Anonymous, aggregated usage statistics to help us improve the App. This data cannot be used to identify you.

Information We Do NOT Collect

We do not collect, store, or have access to:

• Your name, email address, or personal contact information
• Your precise or approximate location
• Your contacts, photos, or other files
• Browsing history or activity outside of the App
• Biometric data

FactFlick does not require you to create an account. The App is designed with an offline-first approach — all facts are stored locally on your device and no internet connection is required to play.

Third-Party Services

FactFlick uses the following third-party services:

• Apple StoreKit — Subscription purchases and management are handled entirely by Apple through StoreKit. Payment information is processed by Apple and is never shared with us. See Apple's Privacy Policy.
• RevenueCat — Used for subscription management with an anonymous user ID. RevenueCat does not receive any personal information. See RevenueCat's Privacy Policy.

Data Storage

All your game data, progress, and preferences are stored locally on your device only. We do not upload, store, or retain your personal data on any server. All facts used in the game are also stored locally for offline play.

Data Retention

We retain data only as long as necessary to provide our services:

• Game progress is stored locally on your device and is deleted when you uninstall the App.
• Subscription status is managed by Apple and synced with your Apple ID.
• Anonymous usage data may be retained in aggregated form for up to 12 months to improve the App.

Data Security

We implement industry-standard security measures to protect your data. All data remains on your device and is protected by your device's built-in security features.

Children's Privacy

FactFlick is suitable for users of all ages. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children. The App does not require any personal information to function. If you believe a child has provided us with personal information, please contact us and we will delete it.

Your Rights

Depending on your jurisdiction, you may have the right to:

• Request access to your data
• Request deletion of your data
• Opt out of data processing
• Lodge a complaint with a data protection authority
