By using Vidya (the “Software”) or any associated paid services, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service (“Terms”). These Terms constitute a legal agreement between you and BPA Solutions (“we”, “our”, or “us”).
The Vidya MCP server is released under the MIT License. You are free to use, copy, modify, merge, publish, distribute, sublicense, and sell copies of the Software, subject to the conditions of the MIT License. The full license text is included in the source code repository.
BPA Solutions offers optional paid services including the Solo plan, Studio plan, and API access. These are separate from the open-source license and are governed by these Terms.
Your Content: You retain full ownership of all videos and media you create or process using Vidya. We claim no rights over your output.
Our Software: The Vidya brand, logos, paid application code, and cloud infrastructure are the intellectual property of BPA Solutions. The open-source MCP server code is governed by the MIT License.
You agree not to use Vidya paid services to:
The Software is provided “as is” and “as available” without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee uninterrupted access, error-free operation, or compatibility with all systems and configurations.
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, BPA Solutions shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the Software or services. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you have paid us in the 12 months preceding the claim.
These Terms shall be governed by the laws of France. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Toulouse, France.
