BPA Solutions (“we”, “our”, or “us”) operates the WallCraft AI mobile application (the “App”). This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, and protect your information when you use our App.

By using WallCraft AI, you agree to the collection and use of information as described in this policy.

Information We Collect

We collect minimal data necessary to provide our services:

• Text prompts — The descriptions you enter to generate wallpapers. These are sent to our AI provider for image generation and are not permanently stored or linked to your identity.
• Subscription status — Information about whether you are a free or Pro subscriber, managed through Apple StoreKit. We do not process or store your payment details.
• Device identifiers — Anonymous identifiers used solely to manage your daily free generation quota.

Information We Do NOT Collect

We do not collect, store, or have access to:

• Your name, email address, or personal contact information
• Your precise or approximate location
• Your contacts, photos, or other files (except wallpapers you explicitly save)
• Browsing history or activity outside of the App
• Biometric data

Third-Party Services

WallCraft AI uses the following third-party services:

• OpenAI — We send your text prompts to OpenAI's API to generate wallpaper images. OpenAI processes these prompts in accordance with their own Privacy Policy. Prompts are not used to train AI models.
• Apple StoreKit — Subscription purchases and management are handled entirely by Apple through StoreKit. Payment information is processed by Apple and is never shared with us. See Apple's Privacy Policy.

Data Storage

Generated wallpaper images are stored locally on your device only. We do not upload, store, or retain your generated images on any server. Images exist solely in the App's local storage and, if you choose, in your device's photo library.

Data Retention

We retain data only as long as necessary to provide our services:

• Text prompts are sent to OpenAI for image generation only and are not stored on our servers. Prompts are processed in real time and discarded after the image is generated.
• Generated images are never stored server-side. They are delivered directly to your device and remain there.
• Subscription status is managed by Apple and synced with your Apple ID.
• Device identifiers for quota tracking may be retained for up to 30 days.

Data Security

We implement industry-standard security measures to protect your data during transmission and processing. All communication between the App and our servers uses HTTPS encryption.

Children's Privacy

WallCraft AI is not directed at children under the age of 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children. If you believe a child has provided us with personal information, please contact us and we will delete it.

Your Rights

Depending on your jurisdiction, you may have the right to:

• Request access to your data
• Request deletion of your data
• Opt out of data processing
• Lodge a complaint with a data protection authority

Since we collect minimal data and do not maintain user accounts, most data is already anonymous or transient. To exercise any rights, contact us at the email below.

Changes to This Policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. Changes will be posted within the App and on this page, with the “Last updated” date revised accordingly. Continued use of the App after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated policy.
